Retreat & Reveille is an international military travel club for active and former Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine, or other military unit members from around the world.
Active, Retired, Reserve, National Guard members and their immediate families are eligible to join Retreat & Reveille.

Retreat & Reveille is a travel network that was started in 1992 to link military people together as friends - friends who can offer economic places to stay, share information about their own locales, and perhaps swap stories about their lives.
Members can participate as hosts or travelers, or both; hosting is not required. Reservations are made directly with hosts. Host locations offer members a welcoming place to stay at favorable prices.
The Retreat & Reveille International Host Directory, listing nearly 500 locations to stay, either in homes of fellow members, commercial bed & breakfasts or small inns, is published annually, every April.

In December 2002, after more than ten years of operation, Retreat & Reveille founders, CAPT Leonard A. Stoehr, USN(Ret.) and Jan Stoehr, transfered the club's leadership to a new team of CDR Alex Daunis USNR(Ret.), MAJ Marvin L. Abney USA(Ret.) and Cheryl Abney, R.N.
